High Potentials in the Pipeline: Leaders Pay It Forward (2012)
A Catalyst report on leadership development and mentoring, "High Potentials" is the fifth report from Catalyst’s longitudinal project The Promise of Future Leadership: Highly Talented Employees in the Pipeline. The report finds that people who pay it forward experience greater advancement and higher compensation and that women pay it forward and to a greater extent than men.

A multiplatform study analyzing the makeup of American families, specifically its significance for the economic status of women, and the failure of institutions to effectively deal with the cultural transformations impacting women and families. Make Every Women Count's resources include information on women, peace and security, political participation, economic empowerment and violence against women, with a specific emphasis on Africa. 

Gender at Work
Companion piece to the 2013 World Development Report on Jobs highlights significant forms of gender segregation in the world of work, constraints such as discriminatory laws or norms, exposure to violence, and insufficient access to education and skills-development that have significant consequences for women's work. The report also highlights the "business case" for investing in gender equity in the world of work, both for the public and private sectors.
