Marianne Ibrahim is an Egyptian activist who has worked tirelessly to develop, disseminate and advocate for a women’s rights platform to be integrated into the new Egyptian government, and Laura Alonso is a national representative in Argentina who has committed her legislative career to increasing transparency and gender parity.
